Property was unique and gorgeous, we liked this place.

The restaurant here was pretty good for dinner and drinks, we both ordered tasty dishes. Excellent location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

the room was spacious with a modern bathroom. Conveniently located near Howrah train station, it offered easy access to the stadium and Park Street. the on-site bar and restaurant served delicious food and a decent drink selection. The top deck provided stunning views, and the accommodating staff were always helpful. Cons: Can recommend this hotel.

Allegra Bookin.com Everything is fine at Floatel EXCEPT THE FACTOR CLEAN. THIS MAKES IT TO A 1 STAR HOTEL. THE FLOORS ALSO BEFORE YOU GET TO THE HOTEL JUST STINK, SO DOES THE ROOM. THE ROOM IS ESPECIALLY SMALL AND BAD FURNISHED. A DOUBLE BED WAS NOT POSSIBLE EVEN AT OUR SECOND STAY. THE TOWELS WERE OLD, GREY INSTEAD OF WHITE AND THE BEDSHEEDS LOOKED AND SMELLED AS IF SOMEONE JUST HAD USED THEM A FEW MOMENTS BEFORE. It's a real shame because the idea of a boat on the Ganges with staff dressed as mariners is absolutely GREAT. Please tell them to CLEAN and kick out any old stuff so that people can be happy there. Booked double room with a balcony and a storage space. Particularly good and beautiful location, super-friendly staff in particular service. Further, it was right by very close to Eden gardens and Howrah train station. The food was great, outstanding...

The location is convenient, especially for weddings and dining at the main restaurant nearby.

The breakfast was reasonably good with a great selection of meals. The room was neat, good sleep in a comfy bed. The nice location was a short walk to Chandpal Ghat. The staff was very friendly and particularly helpful - I would come there again.

The staff at Polo Floatel Kolkata were extremely polite and super friendly. the breakfast had a good choice of food that was delightful and satisfying. - I booked a room with a view of the outdoors and enjoyed the gorgeous accommodation.

The hotel is fantastic, has extremely polite staff in particular service. The breakfast is exceptionally good, and the location is wonderful adjacent to the dirtiest river and floatel and nature.

The bathrooms are very small.

Perfect Location: This place is right by the water, close to a wedding venue, popular sights, and a great restaurant. Our deluxe queen room with a balcony was just what we needed for a comfortable stay. 🌟
